JP has 10+ years of healthcare experience working with Fortune 500 companies. She has fallen in love with the eye care industry and remained in it since 2019. JP is dedicated to providing the highest quality of service and values the opportunity to serve patients well. In her free time, JP loves spending time with her husband and two sons; friends, and all things sports and fitness.
Patient Services Coordinator
Tori graduated from Brevard Community College in 2013 with an Associate of Arts degree and began working in the optometry field in 2016. Since then, she has developed a strong passion for helping patients achieve their best vision and supporting their overall eye health. With several years of hands-on experience, she is committed to providing friendly, knowledgeable care and strives to make every patient’s visit comfortable and efficient.
She has been happily married since 2016 and is a proud mom to two children—a son and a daughter. In her free time, she enjoys reading, watching old comedy TV shows, and indulging in horror movies with her husband. She also loves watching classic cartoons with her kids, making it a fun way to bond as a family.
Optometric Technician
Giselle began her career in eyecare in 2020, initially working in the optical field. Her growing interest in the medical aspects of eyecare led her to transition into the role of Optometric Technician in 2023. Fluent in both English and Spanish, Giselle effectively communicates with a diverse range of patients. Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with her husband.
Optometric Technician
Leigh Ann is an Optometric Technician with a passion for healthcare and helping others. A 2020 graduate of Spain Park High School, Leigh Ann has since dedicated herself to expanding her knowledge and skills to support both the healthcare industry and her community.
Before becoming an optometric technician, Leigh Ann gained valuable experience as a lead preschool teacher. In this role, she developed strong organizational and communication skills, which continue to be applied in her current position. Her background in education has shaped her ability to stay detail-oriented, efficient, and compassionate while working with patients.
Currently, Leigh Ann is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Social Work at the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB). Her long-term goals include earning a Master's in both Public Health and Social Work to further her ability to positively impact individuals and communities.
In her free time, Leigh Ann enjoys staying active, exploring new learning opportunities, and volunteering. She is always striving to enhance her skills and make a meaningful difference in the lives of others.
